Eleonore's Restaurant

A true 'destination restaurant' in the Yarra Valley.

To dine in Eleonore’s has always been an exceptional dining experience, and we are proud and thrilled to welcome you back.

A true ‘destination restaurant’ for many years, Eleonore’s shall continue the enthusiastic and traditional emphasis on regional produce, matched with local and international wines from our historic bluestone cellar.

This magnificent restaurant was named in honour of a most sophisticated hostess, Eleonore de Castella, the mother of Paul de Castella who built Chateau Yering in 1854, and who had instilled in her son, a true appreciation of gracious living, refined cuisine and quality wines.

Our Executive Chef and all our hand-picked staff have been honing their skills to make your dining experience truly memorable! Not just a dinner, it’s an occasion of note, as is our sumptuous accommodation. Your own rural retreat: of luxury, exclusivity, and country charm awaits.

“We source our ingredients form people who have integrity and responsibility to their product, we aim to create dishes that highlight the unique, interesting characteristics of these ingredients to create a personal, memorable meal."

Executive Chef - Mark Ebbels
