Lasciati divertire, meaning ‘let yourself be entertained’. Welcome to an evening of elegance and honesty, reflective of the wines and food of Northern Italy and inspired by the Italian way of life.
This evening is an opportunity to share in the back stories of the varietals that make up the Soumah range (Scott loves talking about Viognier). Start on arrival with a Savarro and canapés and allow one of the most passionate ambassadors of Soumah wines to take your palate on a journey that includes Viognier, Nebbiolo and one of our favorites, the Butcher Blend. Soumah’s signature Brachetto will round off the night with a delectable dessert.
Eleonore’s Executive Chef draws on the heritage and experience of two Italian senior chefs to bring you a delightful garden to table evening. Engage with others at your table, share your Italian insights and listen to a story of the travels and experience that brings you Soumah of Yarra Valley.
