Eleonore’s is open every evening from 6.00pm.
Guests not staying in the hotel are very welcome, however reservations are essential.

Head Chef

Head Chef Mark Campbell joined Chateau Yering Hotel kitchen team as a Sous Chef two years ago, before becoming Head Chef last year.

Mark has had an enormous amount of experience working in top kitchens both in Melbourne and overseas. He has worked in a variety of restaurants including a Michelin Star restaurant in Dubai under the world-famous French chef, Pierre Gagnaire.

We are very fortunate to have Mark lead our kitchen team in Eleonore’s Restaurant.
