Named after Eleonore de Castella, mother of the original Swiss developer of Chateau Yering, this award-winning restaurant honors a Melbourne icon and Victoria’s most popular and sophisticated hostesses in the mid 19th century. The ‘high society’ of Melbourne journeyed to the Yarra Valley for weekends of fine dining and wining. ‘She entertained her guests in a grand manner.’
