Dining At Chateau Yering

Yarra Valley Restaurants

The elegant Eleonore’s Restaurant entices guests with a range of innovative, French and Australian influenced meals to be enjoyed within the stunning old-world venue and with views across the Yarra Valley.  Sweetwater Café offers plated breakfast and extended lunch options ideal for interrupting wine tour trails. The cafe is a glassed atrium bridging the original home with the accommodation wing; a beautiful sun-filled room from which to enjoy the heritage-listed gardens beyond.

To dine in Eleonore’s has always been an exceptional dining experience, and we are proud and thrilled to welcome you back. A true ‘destination restaurant’ for many years, Eleonore’s shall continue the enthusiastic and traditional emphasis on regional produce, matched with local and international wines from our historic bluestone cellar.

Dinner is available from 6.00pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

Sweetwater Café

Sweetwater Cafe offers breakfast to in-house guests from Thursday to Monday mornings, and provides lunch service to public on Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy the quiet, time indulgent and historic significance of the Yarra Valley’s Chateau Yering within Sweetwater Café.

Traditional High Tea at Chateau Yering Hotel

There remain only a few venues committed to the style and elegance of traditional High Tea; fewer still committed to the art of an inhouse pastry chef dedicated to their craft. High Tea is held in our Eleonore’s Restaurant or Drawing Room.
