Christmas Eve Dinner
Celebrate Christmas Eve with an Elegant Festive Feast
Savour a decadent shared menu, starting with a selection of seafood delights, including natural rock oysters, Mooloolaba king prawns, Morton Bay bugs with caper and lemon butter, and more.
The main course features roasted organic turkey roulade with apricot and pistachios, hay-smoked lamb shoulder, honey-glazed carrots, and herbed duck fat potatoes, accompanied by fresh garden leaves.
Conclude your evening with a classic Christmas pudding and brandy anglaise, followed by truffled baked Brie for the ultimate indulgence.
Christmas Eve Dinner will be available at Eleonore’s Restaurant on Tuesday, 24th December 2024, from 6:00 PM, priced at $150 per person. A kids’ menu (under 12 years) will also be available for $50, including a main and dessert. Beverages are not included.
Gilded New Year's Eve Degustation Dinner
RING IN THE NEW YEAR IN STYLE
Step into a world of elegance and celebration with The Gilded New Year’s Eve Dinner at Eleonore’s Restaurant. Savour a selection of exquisite canapés, including black rice crisp with smoked onion emulsion, potato galette with yuzu curd and caviar, and house-baked brioche with nori butter. The first course features fresh snapper crudo with pickled plum and yuzu vinaigrette, followed by rich pork jowl with coffee jus, braised cabbage, and turnips.
For the main course, choose from dry-aged duck breast with blackberry and rainbow chard or pan-fried whiting with artichoke cream and black garlic velouté. Conclude your dining experience with roasted peaches, crème fraiche sorbet, and raspberry gel, before enjoying the final course of local and imported cheeses.
The Gilded New Year’s Eve Dinner will be available at Eleonore’s Restaurant on Tuesday, 31st December 2024, from 7:00 PM – Late, priced at $200 per person or $280 with matching wines.
